What is the Serious Fitness Formula?
The program is specifically designed for women over 30 who would like to feel confident and in control of their health, fitness and wellbeing. They want to lose weight, to look good, feel energised, boost confidence, and get direction motivation so they can feel & look great again.
The Serious Fitness Formula is a proven 5 step formula that helps you to lose weight, feel confident and ultimately love what you see when you look in the mirror!
Here are the steps and how they work:
1. Getting to know you call. Together we will make sure that we both know exactly what you want and why. This will help establish your focus and will help you stay on track. I want to know WHY starting your fitness journey is important to you and what it means to you. This is a great chance for us to see whether we are suited to one another. As part of our call I will also take you through a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) this is so I can know a little bit more about your health and exercise history. I don’t want to leave no stone un-turned to deliver the best results for you!
2. Get Clear on Where We Are Now. On the first session I will take measurements and record your bust, arms, circumference, hips and thighs and your body fat composition . I do this to evaluate your health, produce a starting point and to assess your on-going progress. This makes your chances of success so much more likely. We’ve got to know where we’re starting from to know how to get where we’re going (plus it’s great to look back at your starting point once you’ve dropped some weight and toned up to remind you of just how far you’ve come!)
3. Boosting Your Energy (not taking it away). As an option I can provide you with a detox plan and supplements advice, in order to boost your energy and help you to lose weight. Let’s face it we are all busy, stressed out people. Working a job, running a family, trying to be everything to everybody, can be tiring. I can work with you on your nutrition on a regular basis so that once you reach your goals you know you can continue and maintain them easily. Learning to eat to give you energy (not dieting) will make sure you are jumping out of bed when the alarm goes off and not hitting the snooze button.
4.Periodised Training Plans. This attempts to address the needs and common goals if you have not been recently training on a regular basis. The priority of this routine is to establish a fitness “base” on which all other future routines and programs can be built. This is bespoke and delivers the right level of intensity. Whatever the starting point, women will routinely see a dress size or two drop, boost their metabolism and end up a happier more fitter person.
