We are going to look today at healthy options for fitness training so if you are actually doing any kind of fitness training you want to be looking at eating a bit healthier as well. 80% of results actually comes from the nutrition and the things you eat as opposed to the training that you do, like you can train all day for ever but if you are eating loads of rubbish foods you are not going to get very far and you are not going to get much further than where you are at the present time.
Healthy options include maybe sometime swapping the white type of carbs such as white potatoes, white rice and maybe swap them for sweet potatoes which are better, brown rice instead of white rice and cauliflower rice is even better. You don’t want to go too mad with things like dairy, you definitely don’t want to go mad with sugar and then again alcohol is just like eating sugar as well. Those types of food are not exactly what you want to be having.

It tells you how to make it in the book. All you do is put the oil in the pan, add the spices, onion and cauliflower and job done! It tells you how to do it and it is not hard to do. And then we have got other things that are a bit more in-depth and really nice and healthy, like the red lentil dahl and fruity lamb stew.
You want to look at picking the healthy stuff. I have done a video before on takeaway options and there are healthier versions that you can have rather than the less healthy ones just to keep you on track with your training.
